Your solution is already half done.

We set up AI solutions that save you time and money, and actually get used. Whatever you’re trying to solve, we start from what already works, so you’re not paying to build it from scratch.

Founder crafted systems used by 97+ businesses worldwide

THE METHOD
Two overlapping circles. One is the problem, the other is proven work. The hatched overlap is the solution. THE PROBLEM PROVEN WORK THE SOLUTION
We find the overlap between what you need and what already exists. If most of your problem is already solved somewhere, you should not pay to solve it from scratch.
THE METHOD, DRAWN
Two circles are drawn apart, then converge. One is the problem, the other is proven work. The hatched overlap is labeled the solution. THE PROBLEM PROVEN WORK THE SOLUTION

One circle is your problem, the thing in front of you that AI might help with.

The other is proven work: the tools and approaches that already do the job somewhere.

The overlap is where it works.

The diagnostic tells us which move fits your problem.

Diagnose before we build.

HOW WE WORK
SCOPE

We diagnose before we build. You don't need to know what you need. That's what the first call is for.

STAGE 01

Diagnose

Three weeks · fixed scope

We look at how your team actually works, write down the two or three numbers that matter, map your risks and rules, and hand you a step by step plan with costs. Not a deck.

STAGE 02

Build, source, or compose

Scoped from your diagnostic

Sometimes we build a system for you. Sometimes we source one that already exists and fit it to your setup. Sometimes we compose a few proven pieces into one. The diagnostic decides which. Documented as we go, trained before we leave.

STAGE 03

Steward

Monthly · after a build, never before

For clients we've built with: two strategy calls a month, governance monitoring, a quarterly roadmap. Bounded and written down.

Scope and investment are set in the first conversation.

Measured before, during, and after.

MEASURED
THE RULE
A measurement rule. A baseline is set before the build, then reports at 30, 60, and 90 days. At day 90 you decide: scale it, keep it steady, or stop. BASELINE THE BUILD 30 60 90SCALE IT, KEEP IT STEADY, OR STOP

Before work starts, we capture a baseline of the two or three numbers the engagement exists to move. During the work, you get an implementation log you can actually read. After handoff, we report against the baseline at 30, 60, and 90 days, in one page, in plain numbers. If a number didn't move, the report says so and says why.

And the systems themselves are built to be honest: every system we build checks its outputs against a source of truth you approve. When it can't confirm an answer, it says so, and it sends that answer to a person instead of sending it out. At day 90 you decide: scale it, keep it steady, or stop. That exit is in the plan on purpose.

Wrong once, confidently, in front of someone who mattered. That is the failure we design out.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN IT CAN'T BE SURE
A question is checked against information you approved. Confirmed answers go out. Unconfirmed answers go up to a person first. A QUESTION COMES IN CHECKED AGAINST INFORMATION YOU APPROVED CONFIRMED THE ANSWER GOES OUT NOT CONFIRMED A PERSON REVIEWS IT FIRST

Engineers call this failing closed. We call it not guessing.

Nothing unverified goes out. It's how we build wherever a wrong answer has a cost.

Notes to the figures.

NOTES ON THE NUMBERS
NOTE 1

The revenue was produced by a governed system, with every claim checked before it reached a person. That is the same architecture we would build for you.

NOTE 2

The lift was measured against a baseline set before the work began. We set your baseline the same way, so you never have to take our word for it.

NOTE 3

The 600 assets ran under editorial governance where one wrong sentence in front of the wrong reader has a real cost. If that sounds like your world, we should talk.

THE PRACTICE
IDENTITY

VennFrame is the AI implementation practice founded by Vince Ricco, built with a small bench of specialists we've vetted and worked with before, based in Silicon Valley, Berlin, and Singapore. The method stays the same each time. The constraints are what change.

Most AI fails at adoption, not the technology. A tool gets bought, the demo goes well, and six months later nobody opens it. We run the rollout and stay until your team uses it and a number moves.

The method is the name: every engagement starts with two circles, the problem in front of us and the work we have already done, and the overlap is where the solution lives.

Finding the overlap tells us which of three moves to make. When proven work fits your problem closely, we build it for you. When most of it exists already, we source it and fit it to how you run. When the answer is a few proven pieces working together, we compose them. Build, source, or compose. Your problem decides, not us.

If your team doesn't use it, it didn't work. We stay until they do.

ABOUT VINCE RICCO
ABOUT
Vince Ricco, founder of VennFrame

Vince builds AI systems at the intersection of communications, governance, and institutional trust. He has run organizations through crises, built communications infrastructure inside major institutions, and designed AI systems for settings where a failed rollout is not a learning opportunity. The AI products he has designed have served more than 97 businesses worldwide. A 2025 AI implementation he architected produced $1.51M in confirmed incremental revenue and a 36.8% lift against a four year baseline.

He ran Challenger School, a Silicon Valley PreK to 8 serving tech families, through COVID. He launched digital learning during the shutdown and grew enrollment 7% while comparable schools declined. Before any of that, he spent years as a cruise director on Holland America, responsible for the full guest experience across dozens of countries and thousands of people, with ports that changed every 48 hours, earning the highest guest satisfaction scores in the fleet. That is where he learned the rule he still builds by: if the system doesn't serve the people using it, it doesn't work.

He's direct. He gets in the room. He teaches your team before he leaves, and he stays long enough to know it worked. He's not catching up to this field; he learned its hard lessons early.

On the record.

Plain answers.

NOTHING GATED, NO EMAIL REQUIRED
Q·01

We implement AI for organizations where a wrong answer is expensive. We find where your problem overlaps proven work, then build, source, or compose the fix, and we stay through adoption. We diagnose first, implement second, and measure everything.

Q·02

When the system can't verify an answer, it escalates to a person instead of deploying automatically. Uncertainty routes up, never out.

Q·03

Anyone serious about putting AI to work, from a household to an enterprise. Most engagements are with teams in trust heavy settings: clinics and healthcare adjacent practices, nonprofits, professional services firms, and careful modernizers. VennFrame doesn't serve colleges or universities.

Q·04

With a thirty minute conversation, then a fixed scope diagnostic: three weeks, a metric baseline captured before anything is built, a governance and risk map, and a costed written plan.

Q·05

A baseline is captured from your own records before work begins. After handoff you get a one page report at 30, 60, and 90 days. If a number didn't move, the report says so and says why.

Q·06

A general chatbot answers whatever you ask, even when it's wrong. What we build checks its answers against a source you approve, and hands off to a person when it can't be sure. The value is in the answer it refuses to guess.

Q·07

No. We build tools that take the tedious work off your team and make the rest faster. A person stays in control of every decision that matters, by design.

Q·08

The diagnostic is a fixed scope for a fixed fee, which we give you on the first call along with exactly what it covers. Before we build anything, you'll know your numbers, your risks, and what each step costs and should return. We don't publish prices because the right number depends on your situation.

Q·09

The founder has designed AI products used by more than 97 businesses worldwide, and one recent engagement produced $1.51M in confirmed incremental revenue. Everything is measured against a baseline from your own records, so the proof ends up in your numbers, not our word.

Q·10

We work from New York, and with clients anywhere. Most of the work happens remotely, with time in the room when it helps.

Q·11

Yes, and we disclose it. Every engagement documents which tools did what, and every strategic decision stays human. We practice the governance we build.

If you’re serious about implementation, we should talk.

The button books thirty minutes. It’s a real conversation about your situation and your constraints, not a pitch. You’ll leave with at least one thing you can do this month, whether or not we ever work together.
